Russ Atassi Founder

Russ Atassi is an accomplished operations executive with a robust engineering background, holding an MS in System Design and Management from MIT, as well as an MS and BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.

 

With most recent leadership roles at prominent technology companies such as Mighty Buildings, Airbnb, Facebook, Google, and Apple, Atassi has overseen global manufacturing operations, supply chain planning, contract negotiations, logistics, and digital transformation strategies.


At General Motors, he managed vehicle assembly operations, including order fulfillment, cost, safety, and environmental sustainability, and conducted global manufacturing due diligence studies. At Ford Motor Company, Atassi served as a lead systems engineer and industrial engineer, contributing to the design and manufacturing of automotive cockpit modules, and excelling in material planning and logistics roles.

 

With experience spanning Asia, Europe, and North America, Atassi brings extensive expertise in operations, supply chain management, and manufacturing across technology and automotive industries

Jensen Hsu Co-founder

Jensen Hsu is a seasoned operations executive with a robust engineering and business background. He holds
an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, along with an MS and BS in Chemical Engineering from the National Taiwan University.


With over 15 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, and supply chain management, Jensen has effectively led teams at renowned companies such as Apple, Google, Facebook, Airbnb, and Mighty Buildings.
His achievements include formulating supply chain strategies, establishing supplier partnerships, expanding
global manufacturing footprints, optimizing product costs, and implementing business processes and tools.


Having worked in both established organizations and agile startups, Jensen brings a unique blend of strategic
vision and hands-on execution to his work. Known for his strong problem-solving and communication skills, he consistently delivers solid results. Jensen’s extensive professional network in both the electronics and
construction industries across Asia and North America enables clients to establish top-notch operations and
scale their businesses effectively.
